Biography
Daniel Newton Obaka is driven with a mission to empowering Nigerian youth through transformative education and data-driven innovation for lasting social impact and a vision of a future where education, equity, and innovation empower every generation to thrive. As President and Co-Founder of the Global Integrated Education Volunteers Association (GIEVA), I foster the establishmement a transformative intergenerational value framework as a foundation for supporting high level learning leveraging the power of technology and Artificial Inteligence (AI) capability through the evolving technology-enhanced pedagogy. Have been working in non-profit -education-related profession, and and with the government for about 40 years.
The GIEVA organization is a social impact enterprise, established in 2006 to facilitate and test a social theory driven by the belief that ‘all human beings are
‘Inclusively created with Diverse charactirstics to be in community and to have equal access for social integration, wholeness, and Sustanaibility’ (IDEAS). The GIEVA Programs fosters the use of data-driven approaches to address issues of critical importance - education, health, climate, and agriculture, by promoting collaboration, shared-partnership anchored on shared-trust, advocacy, education & cultural exchange , and volunteerism to strengthen the GIEVA social impact enterprise for the common good. I mentor students through the holistic education advising and learning services (HEAL) program with strategic long-term mission to prepare and inspire new generation of Nigeria youth for constructive engagement in sustainable national development. With passion for sustainable transformative education for young African leaders, I design the Sustainable Transformative Education Program (STEP) as a bridge to meeting the twenty-first century standards. The GIEVA Organization has three offices located at the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, Lagos, and Jos, Nigeria.
