Teacher training hubs: establishing a network of teacher training hubs across the country by establishing CHOICES-STEM Clubs in Secondary schools as a catalyst for facilitating the teaching of STEM-related subjects, starting from elementary schools to become centers of excellence where educators are empowered to become catalysts for change in their classrooms and communities. These hubs will serve as incubators for 21st-century teaching practices, integrating AI-driven methodologies, hands-on STEM learning, and culturally responsive pedagogy.
