ABOUT THE AWARD | The Stamps Scholarship is the University of Miami’s most prestigious merit award, designed to recognize exceptional and academically accomplished high school seniors. This scholarship includes full tuition and fees, on-campus housing, a meal plan, University health insurance, textbooks, a laptop allowance, and access to a $12,000 enrichment fund. The enrichment fund can be used for study abroad, undergraduate research, unpaid internships, and other educational pursuits with prior approval from the Office of the Provost. |

SELECTION PROCESS | · The scholarship is awarded to high school seniors based on a thorough evaluation of their application and supporting documents. · Semi-finalist candidates for the Stamps Scholarship are required to interview via Zoom with the Stamps Scholarship Selection Committee in January. · Finalists will be selected based on a review of the admissions application and supporting documents, including their Zoom interview, and notified of their status as finalists at the time of admission in late January. · Finalists will also be interviewed by the Stamps Family Charitable Foundation thereafter and Stamps Scholarship announcements will be made by early March. |

AWARD DURATION | The Stamps Scholarship is awarded for the duration of the undergraduate program, provided that the recipient maintains a full-time student status (at least 12 credit hours per semester) and a minimum GPA of 3.0. |
APPLICATION PROCESS | · To apply for the Stamps Scholarship, submit your application for early admission to the University of Miami by Nov. 1 · Ensure that you include all required First-Year Admission documents. · If selected as a semi-finalist, you will be invited to interview via Zoom in January |
